Funnily enough, their campaign line is oddly similar to what Pepsi Pakistan recently did. Their campaign line was 'Why not, meri jaan?'

The full line (loosely translated to English) is, "Why not, my bro?"

This is an awful commercial from an awful soda brand and I grew up for a while in Columbus, GA where they are HQ'd. I am glad their new logo includes the hometown shout out, now

I like those. Many of the best spots I've seen in the last few years have been from the Philippines. The press release also lists Mediabrands Content Studio Australia and Mediabrands Philippines as being involved in the Why Not ad.
